Peruvian Microlot - Honey Bourbon

The medium roast is complex and multi-layered. The microlot means the beans are grown in small quantities in special lots, selected for high quality and unique flavour profiles.  This 100% arabica premium grade coffee from Cajamarca in Peru uses a honey process leaving a sweet finish. 

Tasting notes: milk chocolate , syrupy body, bright acidity. Sweet and clean finish
